I've been complaining about how I gained weight taking my medicine and how I had to buy new underwear because my old ones didn't fit anymore.
Well, I started working out this week. I've been jogging a mile each day and started adding some weights to it.
Today I actually did more then a mile and I did feel the burn but it felt good doing it. I just hope that I keep up the great work. I don't want to over do it and then burn myself out.
But I am so proud of myself for doing this. Things can only get better from here. I also need to do this for more energy to keep myself going thru the day.
It was time to get the good ole workout shoes back out!
